In Nehemiah 5–6, the real battle shifts from the outside to the inside. Internal division, selfishness, and character attacks threatened the work more than any enemy army. Nehemiah shows us that leadership means confronting sin within, refusing to be distracted, and holding fast to God’s call—especially when your name is on the line. When the enemy can’t stop the mission, he’ll go after your character. Don’t give him ammo. Stay faithful, stay focused, and let God defend your name.
