Trusting God With The Outcome

Jan 14, 2026

There are moments when doing the right thing still leaves you hurt. You’ve tried to respond well. You’ve chosen peace. You’ve resisted the urge to retaliate — and yet the wrong still stands. And if we’re honest, that’s often where frustration sets in. Because deep down, we want to know that justice still matters… and that God actually sees what’s happening. As Paul concludes Romans chapter 12, he turns our attention to how believers are called to live when they’re mistreated. He reminds us that God’s justice has not disappeared — it simply hasn’t been placed in our hands. Because walking by faith is about trusting that God sees, He knows, and He will act in His time. In today’s message, Pastor Jeff reminds us that Scripture both warns the rebellious and comforts the faithful. As Paul calls believers to live at peace and leave room for God’s justice, we’re encouraged to trust that when we’ve done our part, God will take care of what we cannot.
