Recognizing God's Hand
There are seasons when you’ve been praying about something for a long time. You’ve stayed steady. You’ve kept showing up. And then things begin to move. A door opens. An opportunity appears. Something shifts. And in those moments, it’s easy to pivot quickly without slowing down to ask what God is actually doing. In Genesis chapter 17, God meets Abram again after years of waiting. Thirteen years have passed since the birth of Ishmael. God reaffirms His covenant, calls Abram to walk before Him, and marks this moment with a sign of belonging. The chapter records both promise and instruction woven together. In today’s edition of No Greater Love, Pastor Jeff helps us recognize God’s hand in long seasons—and why new opportunities should never replace what God has already entrusted to us.
