Obedience Isn't Optional
Satan has a subtle way of shaping how Christians think. He convinces us that obedience is optional, that connection isn’t really necessary, and that involvement is something we’ll get to when life slows down. And without realizing it, faith becomes something we agree with, but not something that shapes how we live with other people. In Romans 12, Paul begins describing what faith looks like when it’s lived out. Verses 9 through 16 focus on life inside the church — where love, sincerity, and humility are meant to be visible. Because real faith shows up in how we treat one another. In today’s message, Pastor Jeff walks us through Paul’s description of genuine Christian living. We’re reminded that obedience isn’t optional, and that faith inside the body of Christ is meant to be lived, not just spoken.
