How do I take ownership of my spiritual growth? As we continue our study in Acts, we’re in chapter 13 on Paul’s first missionary journey where he visits a number of cities and ends up in Galatia. Paul preaches a powerful message in the synagogue, recounting God’s faithfulness throughout Israel’s history and proclaiming Jesus as the promised Messiah. He emphasizes salvation through faith in Christ, not the law. The response is mixed—some embrace the message with joy, while others, driven by envy, oppose it. Despite rejection, Paul boldly declares that the Gospel is now extended to the Gentiles. The gospel is spreading rapidly and people are getting saved! But what about our faith this morning?
