God Shows Up In Our Obedience

Have you ever had to face the choice of remaining in the promises God has given or trying to play it safe by seeking relief apart from faith? This type of scenario is repeated throughout the Bible and our everyday lives as Christians. Today we’re back in Genesis 26 where we focus on Isaac as we see his faith over an extended period of time. He falls back into the same difficult decisions and lapses of faith that his father Abraham had modeled for him. The funny thing about trials is that they either draw us closer TO God or move us father away depending on our response!
