How Can Good Come From This?

Can you remember a time where life takes a turn you never saw coming? You prayed, you hoped, you tried to trust—but nothing around you made sense. Maybe you’re experiencing this today. You wonder what God is doing, or why He would even allow this. And when you can’t see any good coming from what you’re walking through, discouragement settles in faster than you’d like to admit.

At the end of Romans 8, Paul reminds believers that God is actively working in every circumstance—even the ones that feel confusing, painful, or unfair. He lifts our eyes from what we feel to what God is actually doing behind the scenes.

Because it’s in those moments where everything feels uncertain that we need something stronger than our own understanding to steady our hearts.
